- Wafa Current is available in local currency for individuals only
- Interest rates vary according to the account balance; the higher the maintained balance the higher interest rate received
- Interest is calculated daily and paid monthly
- Minimum opening balance is EGP 10,000
- Subject to account opening fees, monthly maintenance fees and minimum balance drop fees (for balances less than EGP 10,000)
- Cheque book issuance is also available upon request
- A Debit Card is issued upon account opening which allows you to access your funds 24 hours a day, 7 days a week for point of sale purchase or ATM cash withdrawals
