Recruitment Manager

Job Description:

  • Execute resourcing demands and activity for AWB Egypt by attracting appropriate resource to deliver the workforce Plan.
  • Responsible for overseeing the recruitment process starting from sourcing till onboarding.
  • Facilitate Internal & External Advertisement of vacancies within business.
  • Explore all available channels and processes to build diverse pools of talent.
  • Support with the recruitment, partnering with hiring managers and HRBPs.
  • Responsible for the Branding activities administration.
  • Managing partnerships with universities and other employer branding activities.

Responsible for efficiently updating Resourcing Trackers / Regional Resourcing reports, working on Trend Analysis for the Time to hire Age Analysis reports

Qualifications:

  • Good Knowledge of HR Tools.
  • HR diploma is a must
  • Good analytical skills
  • Has overview of the function of the business area.
  • Awareness of knowledge of labor and employment legislation.

Experience:

  • Minimum of 5 Years’ Experience in Human Resources
